Models and mechanisms of the state intervention in economy in the conditions of crisis are investigated. The analysis of anti-recessionary programs is carried out. The basic models used in anti-recessionary programs are revealed. Influence of anti-recessionary actions on dynamics of agriculture is studied. Ways of increase of efficiency of the government are offered by agriculture.
