In the article experience of the People’s Republic of China in the field of state regulation of investment activity is considered. Main objectives, problems put by authorities in sphere of social and economic development of the country are analyzed. Basic elements of the Chinese experience in development of investment activity which are expedient for using in Russian conditions are designated.
