The correctness and adequacy of the models used in problems of a substantiation of investment decisions in the assumption of performance by one hypotheses - effective or fractal - the market is discussed. Opportunities of the concept of adaptive-rational forecasting for achievement of adequacy which, in opinion of authors, should dominate over the decision of the private problems focused on reception of practical results are shown.
