The article contains with the comparative analysis of the investment climate for the Central Chernozem Regions. The analysis is based on the methodological proposed by the authors. The results indicate strong and weak points of the climate. For the Voronezh Region the authors propose some major directions for the regional authorities which are aimed to improve the investment climate.
