Using the index of the technological structure in the designing and realization of the program of russian economy modernization

Innovative development of Russian economy is impossible without scientifically grounded program which should take into account the features of functioning of the national economy in the current conditions and in prospect. Suggested calculation procedure is universal and suitable for economic complex in general, for its individual elements (spheres, sectors) makes it possible to analyze current situation of Russian economy and to forecast its technological progress. Index of Technological Structure is conceptualized as integrated indicator of progress and it can be used in this quality in modernization program for creation of target and monitoring of program’s realization.
