State anti-crisis influence on Russian contemporary economy

The strategic importance of the public sector is considered in this article as well as impact on the Russian economy. The question of determining the institution that oversees the activities of joint organizations and creation of public-sector law is asked. Both ignoring the innovation factor, as the main driving force of socio-economic development and the negative impact of privatization, initiated the destruction of the innovation potential of Russian economy. The state is compared with many countries that have demonstrated a higher productivity of the sector against productivity of the private sector.
