Researching of resources of innovative diversification economy of Russia on the basis of foreign experience of nanotechnologies application

In the article the economic relations arising in the course of carrying out of an innovative diversification of economy of Russia on the basis of priority development nanoindustry in innovative reforming of economy, necessity of its accelerated development taking into account high efficiency of introduction of nanotechnologies in the industry and working out of recommendations about perfection of management by scientific-innovative activity and infrastructures of Russian NIS reveal. Launching sites and resources of reforming of domestic economy at the beginning of the XXI-st century are investigated and innovative strategy of development of the country, based on achievements of science and technology taking into account operating tendencies of development of economic and positions of a postindustrial scientific paradigm is proved as uncontested.
