January 21, 2010 at the Information Agency «GARANT» held internet interview the Chief of the Criminal Law Department of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RF I.N. Solovyov, who spoke on current problems more effectively combating corruption and economic crimes, clarified the legal aspects of the activities, answered numerous questions. As is known, the development of an unfavorable situation in the economy triggered the growth of corruption and economic crimes. During the crisis, the business is seeking additional means are free from savings on the mandatory payments to the budget, which sometimes is illegal ha rakter. In this situation, law enforcement officials predict a further growth of economic and tax crime, the criminalization of the economy.
