State regulation of housing sector taking into account recurrence of its development

In connection with the crises in the world economy, the problem of engaging in the management of investment and development activities in different economic levels (federal, regional, municipal) have recently gained greater urgency. In the present work various aspects of the state housing activity in abroad are examined, the basic stages of state activity of the market of habitation in Russia are allocated, on a basis econometric models dynamics of housing construction till 2012 is predicted. It is concluded that recurrence revealing in housing construction and the estimation of quantity indicators of housing sector of Russia would promote working out of a corresponding state anticyclic policy is drawn.
