Monitoring of the state support of the small business at the regional level

One of the world-wide practice approved tools of enhancing anti-crisis stability in the economy is the trend towards advancing development of the small business. Traditional instruments of financial and property support of the small business do not work well for the task. The only solution is the system of pin-target measures aimed at stimulating investment activities of small forms of entreprenership, including those based on their cooperation with large enterprises, small businesses consecutive integration in the uniform business environment and territorial economic complexes of the Russian regions.
