Summarizing the experience of attracting Financial capital for regions development in Russia

Nowadays, the prevailing policy of leveling the socio-economic development of regions is weak to overcome the heterogeneity of various institutions development degree. In the present work have been explored mechanisms of effective use of financial capacity of regional development and, the necessity of increase the state's role in the regulation of traditional financial institutions, and institutions based on Islamic finance principles.
