The article is devoted to the development of the social-economical strategies in the different parts of the northern areas of Russia, such as Murmansk region, Komi Republic, Karelia, Arkhangelsk region, etc. Besides the factors and conditions are defined, which determine the patterns of ownership and management in the different parts of the northern region.
