Development of the regional leasing as a factor of AIC material and technical provision in condition of the financial crisis

Due to crisis phenomenon in world economy the problem of farm machinery renovation has gained greater urgency nowadays. The information on budget funds granting connected with leasing activity in Daghestan in 2000 - 2007 is presented in the work. The variants of farm machinery acquisition on the basis of regional leasing and credit system are analyzed by means of economic accounts. The following conclusion is made in the article - leasing has several advantage over bank credit system: flexible system of payments, lower credit expenses, etc. But there are also some defects - leasing is cherish for lessee in comparison with purchase and credit; if technique equipment taken in financial leasing gets older before the expiration date of the leasing agreement, lessee continues to realize payments on the conditions of agreement, etc.
