Fire safety as a component of strategy of national safety of Russia

The fires are historically a national disaster for Russia, claiming the lives and health of people of wealth to a much larger scale than in developed countries. Presidential Decree in 2009 adopted a National Security Strategy of the country until 2020, which did not specifically take into account the problems of fire safety. It is proposed to increase in Russia's society, the social importance of fire safety, build up its culture in the context of the overall culture of the society, to continue building valuable social institution of fire safety in the light of existing legislative framework of this type of security.
