Assessing the environmental damage caused by the accident rockets on the active portion of the flight become an urgent task in the field of environmental management. It is important methodology to assess environmental damage caused by environmental pollution. The paper considers the impact of rockets on the Earth's surface, analysis of the negative environmental effects of rocket and space activities, suggests ways to improve the regulatory framework in this area.
