At present companies, including those connected with mining industry, concentrate their resources and aims at commercial benefits, often ignoring social preferences, socio-ecological objectives. As a result, in crisis environment in order to make technological breakthrough it is essential to develop a new mineral raw materials strategy based on introducing of new techno-technological and socio-economical nature into reproduction processes on all levels of management of mineral raw materials base usage, including regional level.
