It is proposed to validate innovation projects' financial outcomes for haulers with the statistical modeling approach considering regular components of the processes' stochastic parameters. A modeling has been performed and diagrams have been created for various investment process parameters. Under-financing risks for municipal haulers have been evaluated and optimal innovation strategy management tools have been proposed.
