The article reflects the importance of agriculture as an integral part of the economy for the whole country. Show the interaction of State and the banks in the financing of agribusiness, focuses on the work of the RAB. Appreciate the importance of agricultural investment in the Kaluga region and analyzed their dynamics. In the course of the research, identified existing problems in the industry and outlined possible solutions.
