Problems of region banking system stabilization in a framework of present crisis

The article contains an analysis of situation in regional banking system in the current crisis conditions. The significance of factors that can provide stability of regional banking system and possibilities for its further development and growth as a main creditor for local economy is shown. Following measures will allow to provide new possibilities for growth of regional banking system: amendment in resource base structure in a favour of internal sources; activation of participation in governmental programs of economy development and its structural reorganization; small-scale business support; inclusion in financing of region development programs based on principles of state-private partnership.
