The actual ways for improving the SME policy

In this article there is an explanation of the necessity of developing SME policy in Russia and in the Voronezh region. Based on the best practices of SME support (incl. mezo-level) and also taking into account foreign success experience in it, some recommendations on how to increase the effectiveness of public expenditure into SME development became possible to be given.
