The reserves of a strategical development of the Voronezh region: socio-economic aspect

In the article main directions of strategical development of the Voronezh region are consided. Attention is paid to health, that is considered as a qualitive description of a labour potential and as factor of a straregical development. It is proposed to supplement a strategical direction, that is guided by the forming of environment, with new functions. The system of education of region, recreation institutions and methods of public relation s management are proposed as a reserve of increase.
