Public thought of Russia assesses the situation in the country's financial system with an increasing crisis in the global aspect as the pressure of global financial institutions and global corporations on the economy. Authors of the article have departed from the conventional approach to study monetary characteristics relations of the financial market as interest rates, currency rates, and various indices. Attention has been focused on the fact that the emerging trend in the development of the monetary mechanism in the developed financial markets will lead to the formation of new world currency, which corresponds with global finance.
