In this article the author attracts the attention to the problem of introducing the medical organizations of different kinds of property to the system of government guaranties. At the moment only public medical organizations can produce medical services under the government system of guaranties. The author of this article introduces the matrix of integrated assessment of medical organizations which are opened to produce the medical services of high quality.
