Regulation Russian external loans in terms of the world financial economic crisis

The article shows evolution of Russian external debts in circumstances of the current world financial crisis. The study singles out negative role of external loans at the current stage and describes reasons for involving Russian economy into global crisis processes. The author pays attention to the problem of regulation sovereign and private loans in case of monitoring and control.
