The article lays grounds for the actualization of the national-municipal services standardization problem aimed at steady development of the territories. The experience of rendering public services in the subjects of Russian Federation is vividly presented. The article reveals the level of exploration of the national-municipal services standardization problem. Legal justification of the national-municipal services standardization is being analyzed. Ways of solution for the national-municipal services standardization problem aimed at steady development of the territories have been formulated.
