National financial systems’ development strategy in globalization

Economic and social development of modern national financial systems takes place in conditions of global integration embedding process in world financial architecture. Financial development level distinctions of the countries in which force some appear to be donors, and others - recipients of financial globalization, depend mostly on the national institutes. Investigating features of national financial systems adaptation to process of financial globalization, the author proves necessity of the analysis this process in view of the stress-stability criterion.
