Now, when obviously that one raw resources the country is not capable to pull economy forward, on the foreground there is an idea an economy reshaping on an innovative way of development. In the given article questions of the organization of venture investments into innovative projects of regions of Russia are considered. Their features are characterized. Investment methods in an innovation are resulted. New investment vehicles of innovations and a state role in them are advanced. Also kinds of venture investors in economic are resulted. Experience of foreign countries and their influence on domestic capital investment projects is considered. For science officers, post-graduate students and students, average and higher educational establishments.
