In an interview describes the development prospects of the civil service in the Ministry of Defense, where the purpose of enforcing the Federal Law of 27.07.2004 № 79-FZ «On state civil service of Russia» directive, Defense Minister from 31.07.2008 № D-56 in the central Staff of the Ministry of Defense 01.08.2008 Department formed the civil service.
