Problems of formation and development priorities of the urban industrial agglomerations

The paper reveals the issues of urban agglomerations of Russia, proposed a method of comparative analysis. During the testing method assesses the number of people living in the outer zone of urban industrial agglomerations, the index is calculated aglomerativnosti, the dynamics of population typology of urban agglomerations analyzed on the basis of the proposed set of criteria. It is emphasized that the market conditions there was a radical change in the ties that bind the elements of urban agglomeration.
