In the research paper essence, classification, structure, evolution, contents of the structure elements of the region's sustainable development management are analyzed; their interrelations and consistence of use are defined. Content of functions, fulfilling by the system of management of the regional sustainable development is clarified; consistence of projecting, establishing, functioning and optimizing of this type system is offered.
