Factual level of competitiveness ability of Russian production industry does not comply with the required level of production and investment resources as well as scientific and technological potential effective usage, and reflects irrational structure and production dynamics. As a solution it is suggested to structure the industry in accordance with respective macrotechnologies. Macrotechnologies, being considered as the complex of technologically connected productions of different industries, aimed at producing high value added competitive products, become new highly technological innovation objects in the emerging of new economics.
