Social Measurement of State Economic Strategy

In the article is studied the current variety of interpretation of the category “strategy”, including in adopted documents. As for the authors’ opinion, there are still no consensus in connection with its conceptual significance both for economics and for economic development in a whole. It is well-grounded to interpret state strategy as public statement of the Authority in connection with a perspective of economic of the state, inside which the Authority is going to work, from the one hand, and from the other hand - as current decisions directed to implementation of such perspective this time, i.e. strategy is a form of presenting perspective, where long-term solutions are connected with middle- and short-term or current.
