Urgent problems of counteracting corruption in Russian law enforcement bodies in the context of national economic security

Corruption in law enforcement bodies is threatening economic security and putting obstacles in the way of implementing national anti-corruption program triggered by the President of the RF. This woks analyses various ways of combating corruption in Russian law enforcement bodies and draws a conclusion that being strictly controlled by the state Russian economy lacks in exact statistics regarding the scale of corruption in our country thus the government is unable to accurately estimate the efficiency of anti-corruptive measures. All in all preventive steps are to be taken to eliminate prerequisites that give rise to corruption.
