Geoeconomic safety as a basis of maintenance of a standard of living of the population in the conditions of world financial crisis

World financial crisis is a consequence of dualism (duality) of economy and a policy on a global scale. Therefore geoeconomic safety is "board" for prevention of the social and economic conflicts generated by world financial crisis. In present article statistical data about functioning of economy of region in crisis, results of own statistical research about a population standard of living for the similar period are cited. According to research the model of geoeconomic safety at regional level in which basis the technique of an estimation of geoeconomic potential lays is offered. Strengthening of a social component of potential of region as factor of social and economic stability is offered.
