Indication of competitiveness, stability of development and economic safety in system of monitoring of inter-regional disproportions

Theoretical and methodological questions of creating the system of monitoring and updating the heterogeneity of the regional economy development are discussed in this article. The competitiveness indicator, sustainability, and economic safety system is suggested on the basis of a new coordinates system for the macro regional economy development. The factor approach in the analysis of the regional economy development competitiveness, sustainability, and security helped explain the system of initial statistical characteristics; helped work out a new system of relative characteristics for the macro regional economy development competitiveness, sustainability, and security.
