The realization of national project «The agro-industrial complex development» requires improvement of organization and information base control of the agro-industrial complex so that information of registration not only corresponded to international standards but ensured to enhancing the efficiency of business and state property in the agro-industrial complex. With this aim in view the authors discuss directions taken in enhancing of account’s quality for control in the agro-industrial complex, and also practical possibility of building of the Balanced Scorecard indicators of the regional agro-industrial complex development.
