From January, 29 till January, 31st, 2009 the international conference has been spent to Sochi «Russia: the past, present, future». In article the review of the basic problems which have been discussed at conference is given: technological modernisation of national economy; variants инстиционального developments of economy of Russia; tendencies in the Russian bank sector in a context of global financial turbulence; change of spatial structure of manufacture. Scenarios of postcrisis development of the country have been analysed.
