About increasing of objectivity of revealing the tendencies of monopolism on goods (services) markets and modernization of the competition legislation

Decreasing of monopolism and development of a competition is the main condition of effective development in all spheres of economy and maintenance of worthy quality of population’s life. Existing legislative norms insufficiently solve existing problems in the field of antimonopoly regulation on domestic goods and services markets. Example of that is the system of criteria of definition of a leading position of managing subjects. This paper examines directions of modernization of the competition legislation and increases of objectivity of revealing of tendencies of monopolism on goods and services markets. This done by introduction of the essential criteria describing a price dominating managing subject's position in the goods and services markets.
