This project is devoted to comparison of classical and contemporary views on the nature of education service; observation of the basis for existence of education service markets and their regulation. Furthermore, it characterizes the differentiated products and markets of higher education services. As the result of the work, it can be concluded that development of new businesses within the education institution determines its new financial interests.
