The conceptual aspects of labor potential development in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered in the article. They are institutional, organizational, social-economical, demographical, professional, intellectual and innovational. The realization of these aspects in the quality of life and quality of labor life environments will give synergetic effect. There is a conclusion in the article that modern existing conceptual approaches to research of labor potential take into consideration the influence of globalization insufficiently.
