Effective land policy is the base of food security provision

In the article there were considered the problems of land state policy forming like the choice of the most effective policy which promote following changes: progressive and stable development of the country, attraction of financial resources and investments, revival of agriculture and forms of landed property. In the article there were given analytic digression on opinions of scientists, philosophers, historians. Besides, by the author there were analyzed major arguments of land relations commercialization followers and opponents at present time.
