Pressing questions military-technical cooperation

In article the pressing questions of military-technical cooperation (MTC) caused by necessity of perfection of the control over export of arms and the military techniques’ (AMT) a view of observance of national interests of the country-exporter AMT are investigated. Deliveries AMT are offered to be carried out on logistics principles, objects of a logistical infrastructure to equate to objects especially dangerous properties, and conditions of export contracts to expand in the limits of positions of the nonnational right (Principles UNIDROIT) requirements of observance of national interests of the country-exporter AMT at the expense of prevention of threats to security to the given objects.
