In clause the influence of food safety on national is considered. In this connection author opens the contents of food safety and that is especially urgent, aspects of its (her) realization. The accent (stress) in her is done made) on a role of region (in this case Republic Mordovia) in the decision of a problem of maintenance of food safety of the country. Clause and threats, arising in the given direction not bypasses by attention.
