In article adduces the retrospective analysis about fluency historic process on Prominent features of its current capital concentration by government and its own monopolies are allocated and analyzed. Had been considerate present period of capital concentration through government expansion in business structure. Also, strange and weakness side of state monopolies for economy and society is analyzed. In postamble was explained industrial and financial concentration of business structure as tool of economic and political security in Russia.
