Realization of federal program of young families dwelling support is being accomplished since 2003. Since that time meaningful experience of government support has been accumulated in Russia. At the same time its peculiarity in the Republic of Tatarstan indicates necessity of further development of its mechanism. Changes in subsidy supply will help to raise state guarantee, to use special-purpose means more efficiently and increase number of families who have title to government support.
