About the level of people’s demand of main food product

This article is about the research the people’s demand’s level in food product in the Volga region and the average data in Russian Federation, in comparison of with their top indicators demands. This research is necessary to clear up food situation in the regions not of only concerning of food necessity but also its further strategic actions and also the whole country. There is the diagram which shows the inclination of the demand level of main food products and the comparison with its real safety level and the norm of physiological demand minimum.
