Maintenance of fire safety: the technical regulations define new approaches

On May, 1st, 2009 the Federal statute from 22.07.2008 № 123-FZ «Technical regulations about requests of fire safety» has become effective. In this connection in company "Guarantor" Internet interview of the stats-secretary - the deputy minister of the Russian Federation on civil defence businesses, emergency situations and liquidation of consequences of acts of nature of Vladimir Andreevicha Puchkova has taken place. From the moment of an adoption of law before its coming into force of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia together with business community, public organisations, other interested parties has developed the is standard-legal base ensuring action of the novel. It contains accurate requests, clear both for proprietors, and for fire supervision. With a coming into effect of Technical regulations the quantity of requests in sphere of maintenance of fire safety will be reduced in 100 times. The law allows to remove excessive administrative barriers on a way of development of small and average business.
