Principles and methods of re-structuring of activity of the organization

In the article are stated the basic formulations of principles of re-structuring of activity of the organization and the characteristic of their contents and as ordering of methods of re-structuring of activity of the organization, corresponding to groups of its principles is resulted. The author expresses hope that the present article will be claimed not only at the researchers attending to theoretical researches, but also at experts, at acceptance and realization of administrative decisions in the field of organizational transformations.
