Peculiarities of the accounting and the housing for needy in housing improvements in the Republic of Tatarstan

Acquisition of housing within the limits of housing programs probably only for the families, who are admitted as needy in housing improvements according to the current legislation. The carried out research has shown, that the living commissions authorized for rules execution of the accounting of participants of housing programs, interpret incorrectly the regulations of the Housing code. Thus, it is necessary to eliminate the infringements of the legislation and not to admit the unfounded facts of the refusal to citizens in the realization of constitutional rights to housing improvements.
