The article studies the use of new economical tools in the Azerbaijan economy . International and regional integration processes were analysed. The author studies not only the leading oil sector, but also the other Azerbaijan energy carriers and natural resources. The author proves the need to organise manufacture of competitive products and to stimulate the real economy; and the need to establish special economical areas.
